• Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Water Damage Technician to join our dynamic restoration team.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of helping clients recover from water-related disasters by performing water extraction, drying, and mold remediation services. Your expertise will ensure that properties are restored efficiently and safely, providing peace of mind to homeowners and business owners alike. Responsibilities Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification using specialized equipment and techniques to restore properties efficiently. Conduct mold remediation procedures, including containment, removal, and cleaning to ensure a safe environment. Utilize hand tools and power tools for demolition, cleaning, and minor construction tasks as needed during restoration projects. Assist with fire restoration efforts by cleaning soot and smoke damage from affected areas. Apply knowledge of construction practices for minor repairs or rebuilds required during the restoration process. Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, including photographs, reports, and progress updates. Follow safety protocols and industry standards such as mold remediation, asbestos abatement, and water damage restoration procedures to ensure a safe work environment. Qualifications Pay depends on experience. Prior experience in the restoration industry or related fields such as construction. Knowledge of water damage restoration processes and mold remediation techniques is highly desirable. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely and effectively. Experience with carpet cleaning, fire restoration, or asbestos abatement is a plus. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for documentation and reporting. Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and stand for extended periods during work shifts. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred; willingness to travel locally as needed.
