Responsibilities:

Process vendor invoices, subcontractor invoices and purchase orders. Match invoices with job cost coding and approvals. Collect lien releases. Prepare and process payments (checks, and ACH). Reconcile vender statements and resolve discrepancies. Maintain accurate AP records and support month-end close. Work closely with project managers and accounting team.

Requirements:

2+ years of Accounts Payable experience (construction industry preferred) but willing to train. Familiarity with job cost accounting Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
