Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Class III Water Treatment Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining water conditioning equipment. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while providing exceptional customer service. Duties Install new water conditioning systems as required, ensuring compliance with safety standards Perform routine maintenance and repairs on water conditioning equipment, ensuring optimal performance. Diagnose issues to determine necessary repairs. Conduct field service visits to customer locations, providing excellent customer service. Collaborate with customers to explain repairs or services needed, fostering strong relationships. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.
