Aggregates About Us Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. What You'll Be Doing Operate a water truck safely and efficiently to support dust control and site preparation. Maintain truck equipment, reporting any mechanical or safety issues promptly. Follow established routes and schedules to support production and site activities. Work collaboratively with site teams to ensure safe traffic flow and jobsite operations. Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. What We Are Looking For Ability to safely operate and maneuver a water truck in active work areas. Strong situational awareness and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Capability to perform basic equipment inspections and communicate maintenance needs. Reliability and consistency in meeting operational schedules and work expectations. Effective teamwork and communication skills across diverse site teams. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
