Job Description
Alesig is seeking a Lead Web Developer to support a dynamic, mission-driven training environment at Fort Lee, VA. This role plays a key part in creating and maintaining websites that enable classroom instruction, training exercises, and operational simulations. Duties and Responsibilities Enterprise web development and administration. Microsoft SharePoint design, administration, and maintenance. Content management workflows and permissions administration. Ensure Section 508 accessibility compliance. Web graphics, multimedia, and image optimization. Web security and information release compliance. Lead

web and SharePoint operations in compliance with Army policy. Coordinate with Government content owners and leadership. Ensure web content is accurate, current, accessible, and authorized for release. Balance usability, aesthetics, and regulatory compliance. Provide subject-matter guidance on web architecture and digital strategy. Maintain continuity and documentation of web services. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications 5+ years of relevant Web Development experience (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) 3+ years of SharePoint design and administration experience. Active Secret (or above) Security Clearance. Strong communication skills are required. Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or six years of related experience.Status:
Position contingent on contract win.Physical Requirements:
Employees must be able to sit at a workstation for extended periods of time. They should be able to use their hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, as well as reach with their hands and arms. Excellent visual acuity and hearing required. Employees must be capable of working on a desktop or laptop computer for long durations. Must be physically able and comfortable working at heights (catwalks, lifts, etc.), in dimly lit venues, and around restricted/tight spaces when necessary. Ability to lift and transport moderately heavy equipment (up to 20 pounds). Regular and predictable attendance is essential. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
