We're looking for an energetic, outgoing, sales-minded Wedding Venue Tour Host to join our team at two stylish Downtown Raleigh wedding venues. This is not a sit-behind-a-desk job. We want someone who can walk into a room, create excitement, build instant connection with couples, and confidently guide them toward booking the venue of their dreams. What You'll Be Doing Giving fun, engaging, high-energy venue tours Creating an unforgettable first impression for couples and families Helping couples envision their wedding day at our venues Building relationships and confidently guiding couples through the sales process Following up with leads and helping convert tours into booked weddings Working closely with our sales and event teams Hosting tours primarily during evenings and weekends What We're Looking For Naturally outgoing personality Strong communication and people skills Hospitality, sales, wedding, restaurant, or event experience preferred Someone who can confidently "read the room" and connect with different personalities Organized, dependable, and driven Someone motivated by commission and performance Positive attitude and team-player energy Compensation Hourly pay PLUS commission on booked events Flexible part-time schedule Opportunity for growth in the wedding & events industry The Vibe Our venues are vibrant, stylish, and experience-focused.
