Duties Remove weeds, invasive plants, and debris from garden beds, lawns, and pathways to promote healthy growth. Assist with planting, pruning, mulching, and other landscaping tasks to enhance aesthetic appeal. Support the maintenance of outdoor facilities by clearing pathways, raking leaves, and preparing soil for planting. Qualifications Prior experience in yard work, landscaping, or groundskeeping preferred but not required; training provided. Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting, bending, digging, and standing for extended periods. Knowledge of safety procedures related to heavy equipment operation and materials handling.. Strong work ethic with attention to detail and a proactive approach to completing tasks efficiently. Willingness to learn new skills related to construction or heavy equipment operation as needed. help us maintain high standards while supporting your professional growth in groundskeeping and outdoor maintenance skills.
