What You'll Do:

Manage a one-person kitchen during weekend breakfast and lunch servicePrepare high-volume orders while maintaining quality and consistencyCommunicate effectively with our bartender and front-of-house staff in a collaborative open kitchen settingExecute our American comfort food menu with efficiency and attention to detail and creative specials. Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
