The Opportunity:

Grow Your Career in Manufacturing This is a role built for a leader while being hands on with making high-quality parts efficiently, cleanly, and precisely. You'll get real training and hands-on experience with CNC machining, all while learning firsthand how to continuously improve our production systems as you lead the team to get our customers what they want, when they want it.

What You'll Do:

Act as the on-site decision maker, driving priorities and resolving issues in real time. Coach, support, and develop team members while fostering a culture of accountability and respect. Set the tone for the shift by modeling strong leadership and clear communication. Coordinate across teams to ensure seamless handoffs and workflow continuity. Machines:

Effectively operate machines by performing routine upkeep to support continuous production.

Ensure Quality:

Inspect parts hourly with calipers, micrometers, and comparators, documenting all findings clearly.

Available Shift:
