Job Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Service Assistants to provide exceptional support and care to elderly residents in our home-like, assisted living environment. This role involves assisting individuals with daily activities of living, ensuring their safety and well-being, and fostering a respectful, empowering atmosphere. Ideal candidates are genuinely caring, proactive, attentive to detail, and committed to enhancing the quality of life for those we serve. Paid training provided to eligible candidates. Duties Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Support residents with memory care needs, including Alzheimer's and dementia care strategies Operate assistive devices like Hoyer lifts or wheelchairs to ensure safe transfers and mobility Document observations, care provided, and any incidents accurately Provide emotional support and companionship to foster a positive environment for all residents Join our team in delivering compassionate care that truly makes a difference!
