Weekend Pretzel Baker

Overview (Must be 18 / Weekends) We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and a love for creating delicious baked goods. This role involves preparing a variety of pretzel baked items while ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation. If you have a flair for baking and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. Duties Prepare and bake a wide range of pretzel products.. Manage food preparation tasks including measuring ingredients, mixing doughs, and operating baking equipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area in compliance with food safety standards. Requirements Experience in a bakery or within food production or catering environments. Experience operating a rotating try oven a plus. Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and cake decorating skills are highly desirable. Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards. Strong attention to detail with a passion for creating visually appealing baked goods. Good communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including early mornings and weekends.
