Job Summary
As a Front of House Team Member at Vicious Biscuit, you will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service and hospitality. You will be the face of the restaurant, interacting with customers and assisting in creating a positive dining experience.
Duties
Greet customers warmly
Energetically take customer orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area
Assist in food and beverage service to customers
Provide exceptional hospitality and address customer inquiries or concerns promptly
Skills
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Ability to memorize the Vicious Biscuit menu and ingredients
Technology Friendly
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Understanding of food safety practices
Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and co-workers
