• What You'll Do
• + Perform
• MIG welding on aluminum, stainless and steel
• components and assemblies + Complete
• TIG welding on aluminum and stainless steel
• as needed + Fabricate parts from
• blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• + •Measure, fit, and weld components to close tolerances•+ •Operate shop equipment (grinders, saws, fabrication tools, etc.

)

• + •Inspect welds to ensure quality, accuracy, and structural integrity•+ •Support fabrication tasks including cutting, fitting, and assembly•+ •Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area•+ •Collaborate with team members while also working independently•What We're Looking For•+ •2+ years of welding/fabrication experience•OR welding certification + Strong •MIG welding experience (aluminum & steel)•+ •Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols•+ •Experience working in a fabrication or job shop environment•+ •Comfortable working independently and within a team•+ •Ability to pass a weld test•during the hiring process •Why Join Us?

• This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Farmington, MN.
• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $29.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
