Skilled Welders & Fabricators We are seeking experienced MIG/TIG Welders for a first-shift opportunity in a clean, organized, and safety-focused shop environment . This is a great opportunity for welders looking to expand their fabrication skills while working on high-quality aluminum and steel products. What You'll Do Perform MIG welding on aluminum, stainless and steel components and assemblies Complete TIG welding on aluminum and stainless steel as needed Fabricate parts from blueprints, drawings, and work instructions Measure, fit, and weld components to close tolerances Operate shop equipment (grinders, saws, fabrication tools, etc.) Inspect welds to ensure quality, accuracy, and structural integrity Support fabrication tasks including cutting, fitting, and assembly Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Collaborate with team members while also working independently What We're Looking For 2+ years of welding/fabrication experience OR welding certification Strong MIG welding experience (aluminum & steel) Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols Experience working in a fabrication or job shop environment Comfortable working independently and within a team Ability to pass a weld test during the hiring process Why Join Us? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Farmington, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $29.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
