• Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Welder with experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in various welding techniques, including layout welding, as well as structural steel work. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical principles and the capability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Welder will be responsible for the layout, fabrication, and assembly of metal structures, ensuring that high-quality standards are met. Must have at least 5 years of experience and the ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Pay:

DOE Duties Perform MIG welding on various materials. Fit and weld accurately, according to blueprint specifications. Advanced knowledge of weld symbols. Able to do Layouts. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project specifications. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to fabricate components according to specifications. Operate cranes and forklifts safely for material handling during fabrication processes. Perform rigging tasks as required for lifting heavy components. Adhere to ASME, AISC, OSHA, and Company policies and procedures during all welding operations. Inspect products to ensure specifications are met. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all safety protocols are followed. Skills At least 5 years of Layout experience Proficient in MIG welding. Experience with structural steel fabrication and layout processes. Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in assembly. Ability to operate a forklift and crane. Ability to use basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in welding operations. Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work consistently. Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
