Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Welder to join our dynamic manufacturing and construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal components using various welding techniques. Your expertise will ensure that projects meet strict quality standards and adhere to safety protocols. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from pipe fabrication to structural steel assembly, contributing to critical infrastructure and building systems. Responsibilities Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas), FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding), TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas), and other welding processes to join metal parts accurately and efficiently. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine welding specifications and procedures. Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, and measuring devices such as schematics to prepare materials for welding tasks. Cut, bend, thread pipes, and assemble components according to project requirements while maintaining compliance with ASME codes & standards. Conduct quality inspections using calipers, gauges, and visual checks to ensure weld integrity and adherence to safety standards. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols related to fire sprinkler fitting, HVAC systems, pipeline installation, and construction site practices. Collaborate with team members on rigging, assembly, maintenance tasks, and troubleshooting mechanical issues as needed. Requirements Proven experience in MIG welding, FCAW, TIG welding, and pipe threading in manufacturing or construction environments. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, ASME codes & standards, and mechanical principles. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, calipers, soldering equipment, tube benders, and other essential fabrication tools confidently. Familiarity with fire sprinkler fitting, plumbing systems, HVAC components, pipeline installation, and tube bending techniques is highly desirable. Mechanical knowledge combined with experience working on construction sites or in manufacturing facilities is preferred. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks. Ability to perform welding in <
