Job Description

Welder - Contract to Hire Night Shift | Immediate Openings We're hiring entry‑level to experienced Welders to support a large‑scale manufacturing operation. This role focuses primarily on MIG welding with additional fabrication and prep work in a fast‑paced production environment. Pay $22-$25/hr Overtime paid at 1.5x Night shift differential after training
Schedule Night Shift:
6:00pm-6:00am (rotating days) All employees start on day shift for training, then move to nights What You'll Do Perform MIG welding on mild steel (some stainless) Prep materials: grinding, sanding, layout, and tack welding Fabricate and inspect welded components Maintain welding equipment and work area Replenish consumables and follow safety standards Work in a high‑production manufacturing environment Requirements MIG welding experience (TIG/SAW a plus) Ability to read basic blueprints Comfortable using hand tools and tape measures Reliable attendance is critical Willingness to work nights and overtime as needed Ability to pass weld test Nice to Have Fabrication or production welding experience Crane operation or large‑diameter welding experience Lean or manufacturing environment experience Why Apply Climate‑controlled indoor facility Steady workload with long‑term growth potential Performance‑based bonuses Contract‑to‑hire opportunity Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pueblo, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
