Welder

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for welding metal components according to specifications, ensuring high-quality production, and maintaining safety standards.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Perform MIG welding on steel, aluminum, or other metals Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders Set up welding equipment and adjust settings based on material type and thickness Inspect finished welds to ensure quality, strength, and accuracy Grind, clean, and finish welded parts as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety guidelines and procedures Work with team members to meet production goals

Requirements:

Previous MIG welding experience required Ability to read blueprints and measuring tools (tape measure, calipers) Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Welding certification is a plus (not required)
