Job Description We are seeking a skilled Mig/Tig Welder to join our team. The role involves standard MIG welding duties and contributing to fabrication tasks. Responsibilities Perform MIG and TIG welding tasks with precision and accuracy. Assist in fabrication processes as needed. Interpret and work from blueprints to complete welding and fabrication assignments. Essential Skills Proficiency in MIG welding techniques. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hector, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
