Welder / Pipefitter

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Welder / Pipefitter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and installing piping systems and metal structures across various construction and manufacturing projects. Your expertise in welding techniques, pipe fitting, and blueprint reading will ensure the integrity and safety of all installations. Responsibilities Perform MIG welding, FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding), TIG welding, and soldering to join metal components according to project specifications Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately assemble piping systems and metal structures Cut, thread, bend, and assemble pipes using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, calipers, and tube benders Install HVAC piping, plumbing lines, and pipeline components in compliance with ASME codes & standards Conduct rigging operations for lifting and positioning heavy materials safely on construction sites or manufacturing facilities Maintain mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues during installation or fabrication processes Follow safety protocols diligently while working with schematics, schematics reading tools, and various construction or manufacturing equipment Requirements Proven experience as a welder or pipefitter in construction sites or manufacturing environments Proficiency in MIG welding, FCAW, TIG welding, soldering, and the use of hand tools and power tools Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Knowledge of ASME codes & standards related to piping and welding practices Mechanical aptitude with familiarity in pipe threading, tube bending, rigging, and installation techniques Basic math skills for measurements and calculations necessary during fabrication and installation processes Ability to work safely at heights and in confined spaces while adhering to safety regulations Familiarity with HVAC systems, plumbing standards, pipeline assembly, maintenance procedures, and schematics is highly desirable Join us in delivering high-quality piping solutions that meet rigorous safety standards!
