This role involves welding stainless steel, aluminum, and titanium pressure vessels and structural components while meeting strict quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform TIG welding and oxy-acetylene brazing per engineering prints Assemble components using hand tools and electromechanical equipment Meet weld specifications aligned with American Welding Society standards Use gauges and measuring tools to ensure accuracy and integrity of welded tanks Operate shop equipment including TIG welders, press brake, plasma arc, rotary machines, and torches Read and interpret blueprints Support Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives Follow all EHS policies, PPE requirements, and safety protocols Complete required training and assist with special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

3-5 years of TIG welding experience required High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to pass company-provided welding certification testing (MIL-STD 1595 / AWS D17.1) Must be able to weld 16-22 Gauge Basic computer skills (MRP experience a plus) Ability to lift up to 20 lbs repeatedly and up to 50 lbs occasionally Comfortable with standing, bending, twisting, and manual lifting in an industrial environment Must pass pre-employment screening and required medical exams This is a hands-on role ideal for detail-oriented welders who take pride in precision workmanship and safety.
