Job Description
Overview We are seeking a skilled and energetic Welder specializing in TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) and MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding to join our dynamic fabrication team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction and manufacturing projects, utilizing your expertise in welding, sheet metal fabrication, and mechanical assembly. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for precision craftsmanship, safety consciousness, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Responsibilities Perform TIG and MIG welding on various materials, including sheet metal, ductwork, and structural components, adhering to project specifications and safety standards Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly of parts Use hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment efficiently and safely Measure materials precisely using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring devices to meet exact specifications Execute pipe threading, rigging, soldering, and assembly tasks as required for construction or manufacturing projects Maintain a clean and organized work environment while ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and ASME codes & standards Collaborate with team members on fabrication tasks involving mechanical knowledge, schematics interpretation, and assembly processes Qualifications Proven experience working on construction sites or manufacturing facilities with a focus on welding operations Proficiency in MIG welding, TIG welding, FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding), and <
LOCATION
