Summary We are seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to join our dedicated team at UpliftedCare. In this role, you will provide therapeutic massage services that aim to alleviate pain and enhance the comfort of our patients during their end-of-life journey. Your expertise will play a vital role in supporting our mission to deliver compassionate care. Responsibilities Administer therapeutic massage techniques tailored to individual patient needs. Conduct thorough assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care. Educate patients and families about the benefits of massage therapy in pain management. Maintain accurate records of treatments and patient progress. Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols in the delivery of services. Requirements Licensed Massage Therapist with relevant certifications. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology as it relates to massage therapy. Experience in lymphatic drainage massage preferred. Excellent patient assessment skills with a focus on individualized care. Compassionate demeanor with strong interpersonal skills. Minimum of 1 year clinical massage therapy experience required. Minimum of 1 year experience in health care setting preferred. Understands hospice philosophy.
