Position Summary:

We're seeking a Skilled Fabricator/Welder who takes pride in their work and thrives in a dynamic, hands-on environment. The ideal candidate is experienced with structural and custom fabrication, has a strong understanding of industrial welding processes, and is capable of interpreting prints and executing work with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Fabricate and weld components per project drawings and specifications Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and project layouts Operate standard shop equipment including saws, grinders, plasma cutters, etc. Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding on carbon steel, stainless, and aluminum Work with team members to meet project deadlines and uphold quality standards Assist with field fabrication or welding projects as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Adhere to LTJ's safety policies and participate in safety programs

Qualifications:

7+ years of fabrication/welding experience in an industrial or job shop setting Strong layout and measurement skills Proficient in MIG and Stick welding (TIG experience a plus) Ability to pass a weld test and basic fabrication assessment Must be reliable, self-motivated, and a team player Valid driver's license required; CDL or rigging experience a plus
