Welder/Fitter

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Welder/Fitter to join our team. In this role, Welder/Fitter Job Description Able to operate while using safe work habits. Must have a positive work ethic and willing to be a team player. Overtime is available on a regular basis. Must be able to work standing for extended periods Fitter Mild Steel weldment building using 2D engineered drawings. Lay out, position, align and secure workpieces using squares, tape measure, and basic hand tools. Check pieces for defects and repair if necessary. Ability to lift 50lbs from the floor to table height. Overhead crane and forklift experience is a plus. GMAW Welding Flat and Horizontal MIG welding Solid Wire and Dual shield welding Pulse MIG Visually inspect welds for defects Grinding, sanding, and polishing using various hand and power tools Benefit package includes 11 paid holidays annually including 6 days off during the Christmas holidays and access to our Corporate Wellness Center, including 24/7 gym & gourmet cafe.

Pay:

$18.00 - $28.00 per hour
