Job Description
Pradera Technologies fabricates and manufacturers custom equipment and machinery for a diverse group of industries. We are currently looking to start a night shift and are looking for skilled fabricators. As a fabricator at Pradera, you will be responsible for the following:
- Review and understand customer supplied blueprints to effectively and efficiently fit/fabricate the product.
- Ability to work with or lead a small group of peers to complete tasks safe, timely and meet quality requirements.
- The applicant must have pertinent fitting experience and will be required to pass a test prior to employment.
- Operate basic hand tools and necessary equipment.
- Use standard measuring equipment to ensure parts meet our quality requirements.
- FCAW and GMAW weld experience.
- Assist with regular shop duties as required.
- Candidate is expected to be punctual and reliable regarding attendance.
- Follow Pradera's quality and safety programs diligently.
