Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various welding techniques and fabrication processes. This role involves working with metal components, ensuring high-quality assembly and adherence to industry standards. The Welder will be responsible for producing durable and precise welds while maintaining safety protocols. Responsibilities Operate welding equipment and hand tools to fabricate and assemble metal components. Perform welding tasks using various methods, including FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding). Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project specifications. Ensure all welds meet industry codes and standards for quality and safety. Utilize machining techniques and operate press brake machines & more. Conduct routine inspections of welded assemblies to identify defects or areas for improvement. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and production efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety regulations. Operate forklifts for material handling when necessary. Requirements Proven experience as a Welder with proficiency in various welding techniques. Familiarity with machining processes and the operation of press brake machines is a plus. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding codes. Strong knowledge of safety practices related to welding and fabrication. Experience in using hand tools effectively for assembly and fabrication tasks. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
