The Role We're seeking experienced applicants to join our dynamic front-of-house team. You'll work under our Manager and Wellness Bar Team Leader, crafting exceptional wellness beverages and food items, and delivering outstanding customer service at our bustling plaza location. What You'll Do Prepare and serve wellness beverages according to our recipes and quality standards Prepare toast and bowl food items to order Operate juicers, blenders, and specialized wellness bar equipment safely and efficiently Educate customers about superfoods, supplements, and herbal ingredients Process orders accurately using POS systems and handle cash transactions Maintain cleanliness and organization of the wellness bar area Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols Provide exceptional customer service that reflects our wellness mission Stock and rotate inventory as needed Support opening and closing procedures Collaborate effectively with team members during busy periods

What We're Looking For Required Experience:

1+ year experience in food service, coffee shop, juice bar, or similar customer-facing role Experience with beverage preparation and commercial equipment operation Experience with food preparation Knowledge of nutrition, superfoods, and wellness ingredients Strong customer service skills with ability to educate and engage customers Experience with POS systems and cash handling Understanding of food safety practices and sanitation standards Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills and positive, team-player attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in wellness, health food, or plant-based establishments Knowledge of functional ingredients and their benefits Food Handler's Safety certification Experience with inventory management What We Offer Competitive pay: $21-23/hour starting wage
