Duties Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a friendly and professional front desk experience Manage patient check-in and check-out processes with accuracy Verify insurance coverage, perform insurance eligibility checks, and handle insurance verification procedures Schedule appointments efficiently Maintain accurate medical records by reviewing documentation, updating files, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations Handle multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately and taking detailed messages when necessary Assist with medical billing and collection processes, including CPT coding and documentation review to support accurate billing practices Skills Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle patient inquiries professionally and compassionately
