The Wellness Membership Advisor position, also known as a "WMA", is a Sale​s and Customer Service role within an independently owned and operated Elements Massage® studio. ​The WMA is responsible for​, but not limited to: membership sales, meeting studio and personal goals and taking care of clients in the best way possible to produce an experience that only our location can provide. We are seeking an individual who thrives in a sales environment and wants to make a positive difference in a ​o​ur community through wellness.​ Energize your career as a Wellness Membership Advisor, where you'll play a pivotal role in inspiring individuals to embrace healthier lifestyles through personalized wellness solutions. Expectations:
Consistently follows ​t​he steps in the ​E​lements Service Path ​t​hat creates safety and trust ​b​etween the clients and Elements Team. ​W​onderful first impression, builds rapport and identifies client's needs resulting in membership sales. ​T​akes care of clients in the best way possible ​Using interpersonal communications skills that lead to ​high r​etention rates by ​increasing the number of rebooking b​ased on the client needs, preferences and feedback. Maintains focus and avoids errors under high stress situations such as during busy client times. ​​Being a role model for a positive ​c​ulture ​t​hat brings clients and coworkers t​ogether to create one of the best environments in the region. Actively participates in role‐playing, training and activities, meetings​, one on one's with the manager and ​individual/team coaching. Owns personal growth and development using learning tools and resources, engages in skill building by participating in daily role‐playing. Sets high standards of excellence following procedures and a high level of quality, productivity and service. ​A​ccountablity for sales and conversion numbers as well as individual performance and actions. ​Communication ​across all platforms to ensure operations​ facilitated as smoothly as possible. ​C​ompletes tasks correctly in a timely manner.
