We are hiring a full-time Pool Service Technician to join our growing pool service and repair company servicing the West Valley including Waddell, Surprise, Peoria, Glendale, Goodyear, Litchfield Park, Sun City, Buckeye, and Wickenburg. Pay & Benefits $20/hour paid training Starting pay after training: $1,000/week salary based on a 40-hour work week Monday-Friday schedule Company truck with gas card provided Company phone provided After 6 months of employment, eligible for paid time off for the week of Thanksgiving and the week of Christmas. Year-round work Opportunity for growth and advancement Job Duties Weekly residential pool service Water chemistry testing and balancing Brushing, netting, and vacuuming pools Filter cleans and basic equipment checks Professional communication with customers Requirements Maintain professional appearance Valid driver license Clean driving record Reliable and dependable Strong time management skills Must be able to work independently and stay on schedule without supervision Positive attitude and strong work ethic Experience preferred, but willing to train the right person
