Are you a high-energy, results-driven professional with a proven track record of setting appointments in a face-to-face setting? Do you thrive on initiating conversations and turning passersby into booked leads? Join our dynamic field marketing team! We are seeking a confident and charismatic Appointment Setter to operate our dedicated marketing booth inside a local Walmart store . Your mission will be to engage shoppers and schedule them for a FREE Home Energy Checkup , a valuable service recommended by local electric companies.

What You'll Be Doing:

Engage Shoppers:

Enthusiastically approach and start conversations with customers passing by our booth inside the retail store.

Present & Educate:

Clearly articulate the value of the FREE Home Energy Checkup , highlighting that it is a recommended and utility-approved service.

Set Appointments:

Confidently and efficiently book qualified homeowners for the energy checkup using a digital scheduling system. Maintain the

Booth:

Ensure the marketing display is clean, organized, and fully stocked with approved materials. Be the

Face of Our Brand:

Represent the company with professionalism and maintain a high level of customer service.

Schedule:

This is a full-time, consistent schedule: Wednesday through Sunday, 11:00 AM

• 7:00 PM .

Base Pay:

Competitive starting rate of $20.00 per hour paid biweekly.

Incentives:

Earn significantly more through uncapped Commissions and Performance Bonuses based on the number of qualified appointments set.

Location:

Inside a high-traffic Walmart Store in the local area. Who We're Looking For (Required Experience): The ideal candidate will be a true "people person" with a demonstrated background in high-volume, face-to-face lead generation: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in direct public engagement and appointment setting at locations such as: Tabling Events / Booths (e.g., Home Shows, Fairs) Mall Kiosks or Retail Cart Sales Trade Shows Retail Lead Generation Door-to-Door Sales (or similar direct marketing roles)

Exceptional Communication Skills:

Must be articulate, persuasive, and able to overcome initial resistance.

High Energy & Stamina:

Must be capable of standing comfortably for up to 8 hours at a time (you do get shift breaks) and maintaining a positive, energetic demeanor throughout the shift.

Goal-Oriented:

A self-starter who is highly motivated by setting and exceeding daily and weekly appointment goals.

Reliable Transportation:
