MANUFACTURING TECHNICIAN / LABORER

Learn new skills and build your experience by doing a range of different types of work. Hours are generally Monday-Friday 7a-5p with some overtime required. Pay is $20/hr. Major Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for the preparation of Cure-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) liner according to the exact specifications agreed upon by the customer.

Responsibilities include:

All aspects of CIPP liner preparation to include staging, wrapping, loading, and securing for transport. Mixing chemicals that require wearing a respirator. Install prepared tube in a safe and effective manner using a winch, truck, backhoe, crane, or other appropriate equipment. Cure resin product using an inflation tube, banding boots, layflat, boiler hose, etc. Stage, wrap, and load wetout tube in totes or trucks according to processes and procedures. Perform all work according to safety and quality standards following all environmental procedures. Keep a clean, organized work area. Clearly communicate effectively with other team members and management as it pertains to safety, quality, or other work-related aspects. Education High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Knowledge & Experience Previous experience as Construction/Maintenance or General Laborer, Installation Technician, Carpenter, Shipping/Receiving/Warehouse Worker Must be a self-starter. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to use common sense. Clean driving record. Supervisory Experience None required. Physical Activity/Work Environment Yes - wetout associates have physical requirements to meet. Walk, stand, climb, balance, stoop, crouch, bend, reach, kneel, crawl, and stretch. Use of hands to finger, handle or feel objects, talk and hear without visual cues.
