A relaxed, yet upbeat and fun work environment with great people What You'll Be Doing You will greet and serve guests in person and over the phone, process billing statements, accept customer payments, coordinate product deliveries, stock and merchandise retail product, process register transactions and handle light administrative duties as needed. There is never a dull moment as you will be working around the mill (inside and out) in many different areas to help maintain our high standards for facility appearance and provide an outstanding experience for our customers…they have come to expect it! Skills That Will Help You Thrive in this Role Having a positive attitude Being reliable and well-organized Working with a computer and/or point-of-sale system Learning new skills including the ability to learn accounting software Meeting new people and making friendly conversation Multi-tasking at a quick pace while having fun Working as part of a team to accomplish daily goals Coming up with great ideas to solve problems Thinking quickly and offering suggestions Being a trusted co-worker who always thinks of safety and security What We Need from You A driving record that is acceptable for commercial liability insurance High School Diploma or Equivalent Valid Class D driver's license Ability to operate forklifts and skid steers safely Frequently move 8-10 hours per day; must be able to sit, stand walk, bend twist, and lift up to 60 pounds Ability to work in a feed mill environment with exposure to hot & cold temperatures and airborne particles such as dust Ability to work extended work hours in peak season Bonus Points if You Have Agriculture knowledge/experience One-year customer service experience High School Diploma or equivalent Fork-lift certified
