We are looking for a dedicated full-time Wildlife & Agriculture Technician to advance wildlife and habitat management programs across our ranch. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently in the field, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting habitat restoration, wildlife monitoring, and land management initiatives.Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Wildlife Biology, Natural Resources, Ecology, Zoology, or a closely related field 2-5 years of relevant field experience preferred Experience with ecological data collection and data analysis Highly self-motivated and able to work independently in field settings Takes direction and feedback well Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to clearly communicate technical information verbally and in writing. Ability to perform extensive fieldwork in variable weather and terrain conditions, including: Lifting and carrying equipment (must be able to lift up to 50 pounds). Working long or irregular hours as needed (see schedule section) Must have a valid driver's license All job offers are contingent upon successful completion of background and reference checksResponsibilities:
Wildlife & Habitat Design and conduct habitat monitoring programs (Wildlife & Waterfowl) Collect and analyze waterfowl population, health, and condition data Prepare technical reports and summaries to support management decisions Support habitat restoration and land management efforts Evaluate forest treatment projects Assist with wildlife habitat improvements Equipment & Operations o Operate heavy machinery as needed, including but not limited to: Dozers Excavators Farm Implements Ad Hoc Support Must be open to supporting broader ranch operations as needed, including tasksrelated to: Irrigation systems Agricultural operations Land stewardship activities General property operations Guest services / Family Visits Professionalism Standards The Wildlife & Agriculture Technician is expected to maintain the highest level of professional conduct at all times, both on and off the property during working hours. Given the private nature of this role within a private ranch, the following standards apply: Present a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with family members, guests, vendors, contractors, and the general public. Maintain a respectful, cooperative, and solutions-oriented attitude in all interactions withranch management and fellow team members. Adhere to all property rules, codes of conduct, and workplace policies as established bymanagement.Uphold and represent the values and standards of the company / Family Office in allaspects of work. Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and personal accountability in all assigned tasks andresponsibilities.
Exercise sound judgment and contribute to a safe, professional, and respectful workenvironment at all times. Conduct oneself with discretion regarding all aspects of ranch operations, family schedules,and guest activities — both in person and across all digital and social media platforms.

You will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement as a condition of employment.Schedule :
Scheduling availability may include Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, in addition to theregular workweek. Work hours may vary based on season, family residency periods, guest visits, and specialevents. Subject to PTO blackout period (April - October), unless prior approval is obtained forspecial life events.Pay:
