We are a fast-growing exterior cleaning company servicing high-end residential and commercial properties throughout Marin County and the Bay Area. We are looking for hardworking, reliable people who want to make serious money and grow with a professional team. Pay 35% commission per completed job High earning potential during peak season Performance-based opportunities for advancement Fast workers who deliver high-quality work will receive more jobs and opportunities to move into higher-paying technician roles What You'll Be Doing Exterior & interior window cleaning Cleaning frames, sills, and glass Using water-fed pole systems and traditional methods Ladder work when necessary Communicating professionally with clients on-site Maintaining clean, organized equipment and vehicles Requirements Must have reliable transportation Must be comfortable working on ladders Must be physically capable of lifting equipment and working outdoors Positive attitude and strong work ethic Professional appearance and communication Previous experience is preferred but not required — we can train the right person Preferred Traits Hustle mentality Attention to detail Shows up on time Wants to grow with a serious company Comfortable working independently or with a team Important This is a 1099 independent contractor position Contractors working on roofs or higher-risk jobs may be required to carry liability insurance Access to our CRM/app system requires a $35 setup fee, which is reimbursed after completing 40 hours with the company About Us Marin Exterior Cleaning is one of the fastest-growing exterior cleaning companies in the Bay Area.
