We're hiring a hands-on WindowDoor Technician who can handle repairs, service calls, and installs

This is a field-based role with consistent job flow, strong support, and real growth as we continue to scale. What You'll Be Doing Diagnose and repair windowdoor issues (hardware, seals, alignment, etc.) Complete service work + full installs (replacement windows, entry doors, sliders) Work directly with homeowners (clear, professional communication) Load materials/tools and manage your jobs day-to-day Document work + job details (photos, notes, materials) Keep jobs clean and organized Collect payments and close out jobs when needed What We're Looking For 2+ years experience in window/door install or exterior service work Comfortable with tools, ladders, and working outdoors year-round Able to lift 50+ lbs consistently Strong attention to detail
