Window, Gutter Cleaner and Pressure Washer

Overview Pineland Cleaning Solutions is looking to add someone to the team. Work includes pressure washing, house soft washing, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, and other exterior cleaning services. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Experience is preferred, but I'm willing to train the right person. Military Veterans are highly encouraged to apply and are preferred. Duties Operate pressure washing equipment safely and effectively to clean various surfaces, including driveways, sidewalks, decks, and building exteriors. Assess the condition of surfaces prior to cleaning and determine the appropriate cleaning methods and solutions. Prepare surfaces for cleaning by removing debris, furniture, or obstacles as necessary. Follow safety protocols to ensure personal safety and the safety of others while operating equipment. Maintain and service pressure washing equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service throughout the job process. Document work performed and report any issues or concerns to management. Qualifications Previous experience in pressure washing, gutter cleaning/repair, Window cleaning or related field is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 pounds) and work in various weather conditions.
