In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of residential and commercial properties by expertly cleaning windows, clearing gutters, and using pressure washing equipment to restore surfaces. Duties Safely operate pressure washers, ladders, and scissor lifts to access high or hard-to-reach areas for cleaning. Clean windows thoroughly on both ground-level and elevated surfaces, ensuring streak-free results. Clear gutters of debris, leaves, and blockages to prevent water damage and maintain proper drainage. Use pressure washing equipment to clean building exteriors, sidewalks, decks, and other surfaces effectively. Follow safety protocols at all times, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Inspect work sites for hazards or damage and report any issues promptly. Maintain cleaning tools and equipment in excellent condition for optimal performance. Requirements Prior experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to operate pressure washers safely and efficiently; experience with scissor lifts is a plus. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship. Physical stamina to stand, climb ladders, lift heavy equipment, and perform outdoor work in various weather conditions. Knowledge of safety standards related to working at heights and handling cleaning chemicals. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
