Meet with 2 to 4 homeowners daily to understand their needs Walk clients through exterior upgrade options and solutions Present clear, value-based recommendations Participate in weekly training focused on skill and performance Every interaction sharpens your communication, confidence, and earning potential.

EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH

First Month:

$4,000 - $7,000

Developing Reps:

$6,000 - $12,000 per month

Top Performers:

$12,000+ per month
