Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Bathroom Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be the key driver of business growth by engaging with customers, understanding their bathroom renovation needs, and providing tailored product solutions. Your expertise in outside sales, business development, and account management will help expand our market presence. Conduct detailed product demos and technical presentations to educate clients on bathroom fixtures, accessories, and innovative solutions. Manage existing accounts by providing ongoing support, upselling complementary products, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close deals effectively while maintaining profitability. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns that boost brand awareness and generate new leads. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales or business development within B2B environments, preferably in technology or retail sales related to home improvement products. Strong management skills with the ability to oversee territory management and lead generation initiatives independently. Excellent communication skills for conducting product demos, negotiations, and customer service interactions. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing accounts and analyzing sales performance. Demonstrated success in cold calling, direct sales, and upselling strategies within a competitive marketplace. Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop tailored solutions that drive revenue growth. A proactive approach with strong negotiation skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
