Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Window Tinter to join our automotive team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying high-quality window tinting films to vehicles, enhancing both their appearance and functionality. Your expertise will contribute to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction by providing professional, precise, and efficient tinting services. Duties Prepare vehicles for tinting by cleaning windows thoroughly and ensuring surfaces are free of dust, debris, and grease. Measure and cut tinting film accurately to fit various vehicle windows, ensuring a seamless application. Apply window tint film using specialized tools such as squeegees, heat guns, and power tools to achieve a smooth, bubble-free finish. Inspect completed work for quality control, ensuring adherence to safety standards and customer specifications. Assist with related vehicle detailing, glass installation, or minor auto body repairs as needed to support overall vehicle enhancement projects. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper storage of tools and materials. Communicate effectively with customers regarding tinting options, process timelines, and aftercare instructions. Qualifications Proven experience in automotive window tinting or dealership service environments is highly preferred. Mechanical aptitude with familiarity using hand tools, power tools, and assembly techniques. Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance, auto body repair, and automotive repair processes. Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks involving standing, bending, and reaching for extended periods. Strong attention to detail with an eye for precision in applying films and finishing touches. Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with team members and customers.
