Winery Associate

Position Overview Butterfly Spirit Winery is seeking a reliable, energetic, and guest-focused individual to join our team as a Winery & Events Associate. This role is essential to the day-to-day operations of the winery and plays a key part in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for our guests. Schedule Friday through Tuesday, 10:30 am•6:30 pm Occasional Saturday evening for events such as weddings•hours can be flexed throughout the week to accommodate

Pay:

$20.00•$25.00 based on experience Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service in the tasting room Serve wine tastings and educate guests on offerings Assist with setup, execution, and cleanup of events (live music, private events, food trucks, etc.) Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tasting room and outdoor areas Restock wine, merchandise, and supplies as needed Support opening and closing procedures Assist with general winery operations as needed Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Must be at least 21 years of age Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and events Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods Previous hospitality, retail, or winery experience is a plus (but not required) What We're Looking For Someone who is: Friendly and welcoming Team-oriented Detail-oriented and dependable Passionate about creating a great guest experience Able to assess situations and respond efficiently Benefits Health, dental, vision insurance 401k Vacation time If you're looking for more than just a job in the service industry—something that challenges you, helps you grow, and opens the door to bigger opportunities in hospitality—we encourage you to apply and grow with us at Butterfly Spirit Winery.
