Wire EDM/Die Sinker Operator

Wire EDM/Die Sinker Operator We are a small high precision machine shop located in Venice, Florida and are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years experience to Set-up multiple EDM machines with the ability to keep clean and maintain machine including changing wire guides and adjusting water flow to suit. Able to inspect own parts with a mic or on a surface plate with an indicator to ensure flatness and squareness. Perform preventative maintenance of EDM machines including filters, guides, etc. Square up wire using fixtures. Qualifications/Experience Minimum 2 years' experience Experience working with Makino, Charmilles and Mitsubishi Machines Ability to read drawings, interpret symbols and geometric functions Ability to work within a team environment •Must be able to pass a background check •Must be a US Citizen We are a clean, quiet, climate-controlled

certified facility. Position is Monday through Friday 7:15am - 5:15pm including overtime.
