WMS SYSTEMS ANALYST

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented WMS Systems Analyst to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions that optimize supply chain operations. You will collaborate across departments to ensure seamless integration of WMS with other enterprise systems, leveraging your expertise in system architecture, IT infrastructure, and software development. Your proactive approach will help enhance system performance, security, and scalability, contributing directly to operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Duties Develop and refine WMS solutions by analyzing business requirements and translating them into effective system designs using technologies such as RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms like AWS and Azure. Integrate WMS with various enterprise systems including Salesforce, Pegasystems, and databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and Microsoft SQL Server through ETL processes and web services. Manage system configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting within diverse operating environments including Windows, Linux, VMware ESXi, and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes. Ensure system security by implementing best practices in cloud security, network security (VPNs, firewalls), system hardening, vulnerability assessments, and threat intelligence. Collaborate with development teams utilizing DevOps practices for continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), scripting (Python, Shell Scripting), and version control (Git). Monitor system performance using load balancing techniques and system management tools such as GPO (Group Policy Objects), DHCP, DNS, and VMware vSphere. Conduct system audits and vulnerability assessments to identify risks; implement improvements aligned with

methodologies for ongoing system enhancement. Experience Experience with Logiwa Proven experience in systems engineering or systems analysis within a complex IT environment involving WMS or supply chain management systems. Strong background in solution architecture design for enterprise applications utilizing Service-oriented architecture (SOA) principles. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure; familiarity with virtualization technologies like VMware or ESXi is highly desirable. Proficiency in programming languages including JavaScript, C#, Python, Java, SQL (T-SQL), PL/SQL; experience with web services (SOAP/REST) is essential. Knowledge of database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle; experience with NoSQL databases is a plus. Familiarity with modern software development practices including Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools. Understanding of network protocols (DNS, DHCP), computer networking concepts, load balancing strategies, and security measures including firewalls and VPNs. Experience working with containerization tools like Kubernetes or Docker; knowledge of system hardening techniques and vulnerability management is preferred.
