Full-Time | Non-Exempt | Hourly Make a Difference in the Lives of Women and Children The Cornerstone Rescue Mission (CSRM) is seeking a compassionate and committed Woman and Children's Home (WCH) Advocate to join our team. About the Role The WCH Advocate plays a vital role in supporting women and children on their journey toward self-sufficiency and permanent housing. You will work directly with guests at our Fox Run Drive location, helping them navigate their challenges and build a better future. You will also manage important administrative and compliance responsibilities to support program success. What You'll Do Provide compassionate, trauma-informed support to women and children experiencing homelessness. Assist guests with daily needs, resources, case management, and life skills development. Greet and interact with guests, volunteers, and donors with professionalism and warmth. Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming facility. Manage records, document grant compliance activities, and uphold guest confidentiality. Administer guest intakes and coordinate services in a respectful, timely manner. Receive and process donations, and assist with facility errands as needed. Communicate clearly and respectfully with the WCH team and program manager. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent (students working toward degrees or certifications are encouraged to apply). Experience in social services, missions, corrections, or administrative roles preferred. Valid driver's license Ability to become certified in CPR, AED, and First Aid. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift (up to 50 lbs), and perform cleaning tasks. Able to use standard office and cleaning equipment. Occasional travel or errands required.
