Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated woodworker, cabinet maker, and or finisher to join our team. This role is responsible for building high-quality custom cabinetry and finishes that meet precise specifications of the client. Your experience will contribute to transforming raw materials into beautiful, functional pieces that enhance our clients' spaces. This position is an opportunity to showcase your craftsmanship, attention to detail, and passion for woodworking within a collaborative environment dedicated to excellence. Duties Measure, cut, assemble, and finish wood components using hand tools and power tools to create custom cabinets, furniture, and architectural millwork. Install cabinetry, doors, trim, siding, fixtures, and other woodwork on-site with precision and care. Perform surface preparation including sanding, caulking, staining, sealing, and finishing to achieve a professional appearance. Experience Prefer experience in woodworking, cabinet making, and or finishing within the construction industry. Hands-on experience with trim carpentry, door hanging, metal stud framing, flooring installation or tile laying is a plus. Familiarity with heavy lifting and working on construction sites carefully and safely is essential. Skilled in the use of hand tools such as chisels, saws, drills as well as power tools including sanders and routers. Knowledge of related trades such as plumbing, electrical work, or masonry is beneficial.
