Abraham Union Middle/High School is a 7-12 school with 650 students from five vibrant Addison County towns. We believe that all students should have access to high-quality, personalized, proficiency-based learning and wellness opportunities and authentic assessment practices. We seek to support all students to thrive at Mt. Abraham so that they are prepared for meaningful engagement in college, career, and community upon graduation.

We are seeking an energetic, student centered individual to support student engagement through community based opportunities as a flexible pathway to graduation. Ideal candidates will have, or be working on, the state Work Based Learning endorsement, build relationships easily, have strong community connections and is highly organized with an attention to detail and ability to look at the both the big picture and individual situations.

The salary range $57,242

• $108,246 is commensurate with experience and in accordance with the Mount Abraham Education Association Collective Bargaining Agreement.
