Join us in delivering unforgettable adventures while ensuring safety and exceptional service at every turn! This is a seasonal position, April 14th thru October 31st. Weekend and holiday availability is required. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly as they arrive at the gas dock and rental area, providing clear instructions and excellent customer service. Safely fuel boats, ensuring proper procedures are followed to prevent spills or accidents. Assist guests with renting boats, kayaks, or paddleboards, including explaining safety guidelines and operational instructions. Prepare and check-out / check-in rentals. Perform cash and credit card transactions accurately for fuel sales, boat rentals, and ships store, maintaining proper records. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gas dock area and rental equipment, and perform routine inspections. Engage with guests of all ages, including children and pets, providing a fun and safe environment while promoting responsible water recreation. Assist in the retail store as needed. Skills Customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Ability to manage conflicts effectively while maintaining a positive attitude. Excellent communication skills for speaking with the public and providing clear safety instructions. Previous experience with recreational boating, retail sales, cash handling and point-of-sale systems is a plus
