Atlanta Metro (Onsite) About the Opportunity We are partnering with a well-established, multi-office regional law firm that is continuing to grow its Workers' Compensation Defense practice in the Atlanta market. This firm is known for its collaborative culture, strong client relationships, and commitment to supporting attorneys in building long-term, successful careers. Due to continued growth and client demand, the firm is actively seeking an Associate Attorney and is ready to begin interviews immediately! Responsibilities Handle workers' compensation defense matters from initial file review through resolution Manage caseloads including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and hearings Communicate directly with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel Develop litigation strategy and support case resolution efforts Opportunity to contribute to business development initiatives Qualifications 2+ years of Workers' Compensation Defense experience (strong preference for greater experience) Active license to practice law in Georgia (or ability to obtain) Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage deadlines and multiple cases efficiently Portable book of business is a plus (not required) Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship Compensation & Benefits Aggressive compensation structure (DOE) Comprehensive benefits package Strong administrative and litigation support Growth-oriented environment with advancement opportunities Opportunity to expand client relationships and practice development Additional Details The firm is motivated to add the right team member and is actively scheduling interviews immediately .
